📜 1. Acceptance of Terms

If we have reason to believe that a registered user may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend the account, freeze any pending withdrawals, and request additional documentation without prior notice. Each individual user may hold only one (1) registered account on the bije99 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment method details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus funds held within them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bije99 account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bije99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all accounts, particularly those with active withdrawal permissions linked to bKash or Nagad wallets. 🔒 8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bije99

bije99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Pending completion of KYC verification or any enhanced due diligence review.
• Where suspicious account activity is detected by our fraud or AML monitoring systems.
• Where a chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated by the account holder or their payment provider.
• Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Where the account holder is found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 of these terms.

8.2 Permanent Closure by bije99
